Overview
As the Renewal Sales Manager, you will be a critical leader at Nevada Corporate Headquarters, responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth through the strategic management of a high-performing sales department. As a motivational leader, you will lead our largest revenue-producing team, optimizing sales performance, coaching professionals to reach ambitious goals, and shaping the long-term strategies that influence our business results and overall operational excellence.
You will
Own sales performance by developing strategies and holding the team accountable for achieving revenue and retention goals
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Renewal Specialists through ongoing coaching, professional development, and motivational leadership
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, identify opportunities, and present operational results to executive leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement best practices
Manage day-to-day operations, including client escalations and performance reviews, while maintaining focus on department priorities
You have
5+ years of leadership or management experience leading high-volume sales or customer service teams
Demonstrated success in improving sales performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Proven ability to manage client escalations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on department goals
Experience leading a high-volume call center sales team
The salary range for this role is ($70,000 - $120,000) inclusive of base and bonus opportunities. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
